MADRID TO SELL BALE

Real Madrid have decided to sell Gareth Bale next summer after losing patience with the Wales international’s fitness issues, according to AS .
Bale is facing a further month on the sidelines due to a groin injury and he has not featured for Madrid since September, prompting the club to cut their losses on their record signing.
Manchester United had been interested in signing Bale over the summer for a fee upwards of €120 million, but Madrid feel the 28-year-old will now only command a maximum price of €80m.
If Bale is sold, Madrid will try to sign a new Galactico, with their sights set on Kylian Mbappe, who is currently on a season-long loan at Paris Saint-Germain.

Manchester United are set to face competition from the likes of Real Madrid for Tottenham defender Danny Rose, claims the Daily Mail .
Reports had previously suggested that Rose would prefer a move to Old Trafford after also being linked with a switch to Chelsea.

Instead, Zidane is concerned by the form of Gareth Bale and has identified Chelsea star Hazard as the ideal replacement for the Wales international.
MADRID LINE UP MATA BID

Real Madrid are lining up a surprise move for Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata in January, according to the Express .
Mata has been dropped by Jose Mourinho in recent matches and with his contract set to expire after this season, the Red Devils could garner a fee for the 29-year-old in the January window rather than let him depart for nothing in the summer.
Mata developed in Madrid's youth system, and could be tempted by a return to his roots with the Bernabeu club.
