The Chicago Fire are looking at Polish international Jakub Blaszczykowski, according to reports in Poland via Chicago-based journalist Guillermo Rivera.
This is not the first time the club has shown interest in the former Borussia Dortmund star, with rumors also linking him and the club last summer.
LIVERPOOL FORWARD SET TO STAY IN MLS
Real Salt Lake wants to sign Liverpool forward Brooks Lennon on a permanent basis, according to ESPN .
The 20-year-old is out of contract at Liverpool next summer and he has spent the 2017 MLS season on loan at Real Salt Lake.

Everton, Leicester City, and Brighton and Hove Albion are interested in a January move for New York City FC winger Jack Harrison, The Daily Mail reports.

AC MILAN MONITORING ALMIRON
AC Milan is among the clubs considering a move for Atlanta United playmaker Miguel Almiron, according to Metro.
The Serie A giants reportedly are considering an $18 million move for the 23-year-old Paraguay international, who also is said to have drawn interest from Inter Milan and Premier League sides. Almiron recorded nine goals and 14 assists in his debut MLS campaign, earning a spot on the shortlist for league MVP honors.
DEMPSEY DISCUSSING NEW SOUNDERS DEAL
Clint Dempsey is discussing a new deal that would see the 34-year-old return to the Seattle Sounders in 2018, according to FourFourTwo.
The U.S. national team veteran has an option for 2018 on his current deal but seems poised to come back on a new contract at a lower salary. Dempsey, who remains tied with Landon Donovan on 57 goals as the U.S. team's all-time leading scorer, has 14 goals in MLS play this year after returning from a career-threatening heart condition.
REVOLUTION WANT FRIEDEL AS COACH
Former U.S. national team goalkeeper Brad Friedel has emerged as the top target for the New England Revolution's coaching vacany, ESPN's Taylor Twellman reports.
Friedel has been head coach of the U.S. Under-19 national team since January 2016, and the longtime Premier League veteran also has served as an assistant for the U-20 U.S. squad.
TORRES FIELDING MLS OFFERS
Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres is set to leave the club in January, according to Cadena SER .
The Spaniard has made just one start this season and doesn't expect his playing time to increase, opening the door for a winter exit, and Torres reportedly has already fielded interest from clubs in MLS and China.
JAMES TO MAKE MLS MOVE?
Bayern Munich playmaker James Rodriguez is considering a move to Orlando City or New York City FC, according to Don Balon .
The Colombia international joined Bayern on a two-year loan move from Real Madrid this past summer, but the firing of manager Carlo Ancelotti has left his future at the Allianz Arena up in the air.
James could sign with Orlando as a replacement for departing playmaker Kaka, with NYCFC seen as the less likely option.

Reports out of Turkey last week said that the former LA Galaxy midfielder would be leaving Galatasaray to join the MLS side on a free transfer this winter, with the Washington Post having claimed the club was in talks with the midfielder at the end of July.

Erik Palmer-Brown is set to go on loan in the Netherlands, Germany or Belgium upon signing with Manchester City, with PSV the most likely destination, according to SI.com .
